Falassarna Beach offers one of the most beautiful sunsets in Crete. Facing the open Mediterranean, the sun sets directly into the sea, creating spectacular colours across the sky.

During the day the beach is known for its wide sandy shoreline and crystal clear water. In the late afternoon the atmosphere becomes quieter as visitors gather to watch the sunset.
